The financing of these large projects have made them with three sources of resources mainly:

1. money provided by our buyers in their initial payments, which has been on the rise, as to increased confidence generated by our company, the dynamics of sales is accelerating and buyers come in many cases to pay in advance their properties to gain discounts financial.

2. the funding of banks, being the most representative BANCOLOMBIA, a bank that is joining us for 12 years, that has brought us together, has invited us to grow with confidence and optimism and has supported us in solidarity way when we had difficult times.

Other banks have entered the past two years to leverage our construction company, including BBVA with whom we have an important partnership at the transactional level, Bank of the West and Davivienda.

Currently the contribution of customers and banks at the level of funding of our projects is proportionally very similar, being very representative that is the contribution of our buyers that comes rising, as a clear signal of confidence.

3. resources provided by FÉNIX CONSTRUCCIONES S.A.

in the last twelve years have not distributed dividends, all profits of the company have been reinvested in the purchase of new land, purchase of machinery, specialized equipment and transport fleet, which is today one of our great strengths, because all this team is own, thus achieving reduced costs for the benefit of the purchaser and generating greater efficiency in our logistics process.

FRECH NO VIS otorgados para los años 2020 – 2021 – 2022

El Gobierno Nacional aprobó un paquete de subsidios para incentivar la compra de vivienda nueva no VIS (Vivienda de interés social), es decir aquellas que superan el límite de la vivienda de interés social, los ha denominado SUBSIDIOS FRECH NO VIS y estarán vigentes durante los años 2020, 2021 y 2022.
