FENIX CONSTRUCCIONES S.A., strengthens your proposal of projects type Casa Boutique and consolidates itself as the promoter of luxury, art and fine design at the level of housing projects.
Ambroxia House Boutique is the third project that runs Phoenix with this concept, the first of them was SANTAFE MARQUIS House Boutique which was already built in Santa Barbara to the North of Bogota, was subsequently launched successfully SHANTIK House Boutique in Altos de header (Bucaramanga), which is currently under construction and projected delivery for November 2016 and the latest launch was AMBROXIA project in which 4 artists of international stature, commissioned works of art that surrendered in this project were linked, they are the teachers: Alberto Nuño, Alvaro Daza, Liliana Méndez and Nicolas Daza.
All works of art that will be delivered in the social areas of AMBROXIA Boutique Town House are already exhibited in the sales room at the project on 44th street with Cra. 28 Corner (Sotomayor), it’s worth visiting them is a delight for the senses.
AMBROXIA will start work next month of August and plans to deliver in October 2017; below you can see some render of the project.
