On 11 August the Presidency and direction of the integrated management system were assembled with ARL SURA receiving recognition by the participation of FÉNIX CONSTRUCCIONES S.A. within the category «Learning to return» the excellence award, which seeks to recognize the effort of the companies affiliated with the ARL SURA for the dedication and strengthening of the culture of care resulting in the continuous improvement of the working conditions of their workers.
Learning to return it recognizes the management of companies in facilitating the return to work of employees who have suffered accidents at work or occupational diseases. Publication in El Tiempo on 16 may 2015.
