TORRE 1: The structure of tower 1 is completely finished and we are doing the masonry facade.
TOWER 2: The structure is advanced to the third floor apartment and is scheduled to finish the whole structure of this tower before next February 20.

2. GOVERNMENT SUBSIDIES «MY HOUSE NOW» TO DECREASE THE RATE OF APPROPRIATIONS BENEFIT MOST BUYERS FARMHOUSE:
Last January-16 National Government launched the new subsidy scheme to the interest rate of loans for new home purchases whose value deed in the current year is less than $ 230 million pesos, equivalent to a deeding maximum value of $ 242 million in 2017.
