Last Friday Fénix Construcciones S.A. offered a private party for buyers of the project, senior managers of banks, personalities from the region and special friends.

During the celebration, the guests had the chance to run and enjoy all the social spaces of the building, especially decorated for the occasion, ending in the spectacular Sky Bar located on the top floor of the Majestic, from which they could also enjoy the best view of Bucaramanga .
Three musical groups located in different social environments of the building were ordered to delight guests with chamber music, Jazz and Blues achieved in the Sky bar a totally New Yorker atmosphere.
Dinner was Santandereano by Chef Carlos Ibañez, who delighted the guests with several international dishes, with the fine touch of our Santandereana food.
Blessing for the building and its inhabitants was offered by Father Manolo Tejerizo, founder of the «Paper Children Foundation» which is benefactor Phoenix constructions S.A.

During the meeting one of the great moments happened when presented in the video of the building Majestic finished, which was preceded by the speech of Mr. giant screens Horacio Enrique Blanco Guarin. – President of Phoenix Construcciones SA, who thanked all the guests by confidence in his company and encouraged them to continue to strive for high ideals.
