- ENCHAPES: Advanced to 4th floor
- COMMON AREAS : We are focused on the work of basement parking and fixed points at the level of detail and yourepair.

PROCESSING OF BANK LOANS: The building is funded by Bancolombia , bank was chosen for having an excellent range of financing and interest rates for our buyers.
In order to avoid last minute inconveniences as regards the possible denial of credit, from mid-May Bancolombia
will start to contact all purchasers of the project that showed us the promise of sale that require financing to cancel the final balance.
