PROGRESS OF WORK AND DATE PROJECT ESTIMATED DELIVERY:

Currently the project is developed according to a schedule deliveries allow us to start the last week of November this year and finish to deliver much of the building in December 2016. The details of progress on several fronts:

  • STRUCTURE AND ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS AND  PLUMBING : We are fusing floor plate 15 and at this level there is also the advancement of electrical and hydraulic installations.
  • MASONRY: It is advanced to the 11th floor
  • FRIEZES: On completion of piso 7
  • PAINTING: It is advanced until the 6th floor
  • STRUCTURE OF HEAVEN RASOS : We are working on the 6th floor
  • MORTAR FLOOR: It is advanced to the 6th floor
  • ENCHAPES: Advanced to 4th floor
  • COMMON AREAS : We are focused on the work of basement parking and fixed points at the level of detail and yourepair.

PROCESSING OF BANK LOANS:  The building is funded by Bancolombia , bank was chosen for having an excellent range of financing and interest rates for our buyers.

In order to avoid last minute inconveniences as regards the possible denial of credit, from mid-May Bancolombia

will start to contact all purchasers of the project that showed us the promise of sale that require financing to cancel the final balance.

Executives said Commercial Bank assigned to be responsible for visiting clients SHANTIK Casa Boutique and facilitate all procedures.

STATE SALES SHANTIK HOUSE BOUTIQUE AND CLEARING MODEL APARTMENT :
