This is intended to inform you that we are finalizing details of completion of the building SOTTO Sky Deck, to begin deliveries of apartments on Sept. 1/2016, as scheduled as we had previously announced them. Next week will be receiving the communication in which we relate the date on which ready your property. 

At the end of this newsletter we send a detailed report on the progress of the work with photographs updated for review.
Again we confirm that runs out time to present their claims to the bank to get approval. If you have not yet submitted their documents credit our recommendation is to not waste time, waste of time that you can get costly if they continue raising interest rates. Contact managers and executives of BBVA and not take on more risk.

MASONRY AND FRISO: completed Activities

PAINTING: completed within the apartments and resale in social areas. Painting facade is 80%

EXTERNAL NETWORKS gas, water and ELECTRICE: Advanced 85%

 

CEILING: Finished in apartments to the floor 19

Structure in process, first hand sheet and paintings in public areas to 60%

 

MORTAR, floors and wall coverings, are completed 100% in apartments and fixed points. In social areas 50%

 

CARPINTERIA MADERA

Kitchens, doors, closets and bathroom furniture: finished until the 18th floor apartments.

Carpentry in social areas advanced to  10%, with all forward contracts.

 

MESONES for sanitary facilities: finished up apartments Floor 18

Mesons social areas are advanced in a 30%

 

METALWORK

Window frames and window doors to the apartments advanced floor 19

Handrails balconies: advanced in floor apartments to the floor 19

 

LOCKS

Internal digital and finished the floor 2 to 19.

SANITARY EQUIPMENTS

In advanced apartments to 80%

In advanced social areas by 20%,  with the process apace.

SPECIAL TEAMS: Elevators in installation process.

 

NETWORKS AND EQUIPMENT:

Hydraulic, gas and downspouts amounts: 100%

Hydraulic, sanitary and gas points: fit 100% and public areas: 80%

 

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS

Product and box: Aptos, fixed points and social areas 100%

Wiring: Aptos and 100% fixed points, social areas: 50%

Electrical appliances : Aptos floor 2 to 19.

Power plant, substation, general boards and BLINDO bar : 80% and final process.
