In Colombia this trend is on the rise and have developed Fénix Construcciones, for several years, projects that respond to these needs, both on the outskirts of Bogota and Bucaramanga, a city where our company was born 38 years ago.

This trend is not unique to any plans to strata 5 and 6, the opportunities for the middle stratum are increasingly greater. According to Camacol between January and April this year, 58,110 new housing units were sold in the major regions of the country, an increase of 3.3% over the same period last year.
